Chess at this period, had some old stock of the blue paper for the labels at some of the pressing plants & used this stock up, rather than using the newer style label. Collectors of original 45rpm records like to see pictures of these labels to prove they where issued. Also it helps them work out bootlegs & reproduction collector pressing or later Chess re-issues.
